SOLUTION IP: CREATIVE STRATEGY + CONTENT
Solution IP are a business communications specialist based in Bristol. Over the years, they’ve built a long list of loyal customers, but felt that their communications sounded somewhat complex. Our task was to simplify their offering and to position the company as a human, no-nonsense brand. One that rejects one-size-fits all solutions in favour of personalised and tailored solutions.
We started by developing a simple positioning line: ‘Solution IP. Problem solved’, which set the tone for the creative strategy and content. We crafted a range of content, including a PDF brochure, a lead-generation email campaign and social media posts. On Twitter we had some fun creating an eclectic mix of humorous and solution-led posts. All with the aim of raising a smile and helping Solution IP stand-out in an overly dry and complex sector.
The results exceeded all expectations. Since our communications were launched, Solution IP have seen a 20% boost in engagement rates online. While the number of leads have increased by 30%.
